There is no running water here and only sparingly with electricity, instead you will be treated to an out-of-the-ordinary nature experience. At Bergklint, you live in a location close to nature and the sea, to say the least, on your own island and with a wonderful sea view over the Åland Sea. A very own paradise for those who love nature in combination with durability and modern design that blends in among the outcrop rocks. We call it living with primitive luxury!

 

The house consists of a room with a panoramic window to the north, an integrated kitchen with fridge, freezer and gas stove, two comfortable continental beds, a dining area for two, a wood-burning stove for coziness and warmth. Around the house there is a terrace to the west, south and east where you can always find sun, shade, wind or lee. Adjacent is an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a dining area. Solar panels provide the little electricity that is needed. Next to the house is the small service house which contains the toilet and the wood-burning sauna. Canoe and life jackets are available.

 

The island is reached after a short boat ride from the jetty on the mainland side at Långöjen, where there is also a car park.
